Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Milk Whole milk works best
  • 2 tablespoon Plain yogurt With live cultures

Instructions 

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches 180°F (82°C).
  2. Let the milk cool to 110°F (43°C).
  3. Whisk in the plain yogurt.
  4. Pour the mixture into a jar and keep it warm for 4-12 hours.
  5. Refrigerate the yogurt for at least 2 hours before serving.
