Ingredients

  • 12 large jalapeños halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until jalapeños are tender and cheese is melted.
