Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 2 Hoagie Rolls
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper sliced
  • 2 slices Provolone Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the steak with salt and black pepper, then cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  3. 3. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened.
  4. 4. Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich by placing the steak slices, cooked onions, and bell peppers onto the hoagie rolls. Top with provolone cheese slices.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
