Main Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms stems removed
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach mixture.
Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
Serve warm.
