Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Red Wine optional
- 3 pcs Carrots sliced
- 4 pcs Potatoes diced
- 1 pc Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 pcs Bay Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
1. In a mixing bowl, combine beef stew meat with salt and pepper.
2. Place beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker.
3. Pour in beef broth and red wine. Add bay leaves and thyme.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
5. Remove bay leaves before serving. Enjoy!
