  • 1 lb Mushrooms cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Spread the mushrooms out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are golden and tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
