Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  2. 2. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle cheese and chicken on top, then cover with another tortilla.
  3. 3. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  4. 4. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve.
