Pittsburgh Chipped Ham Barbecue Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chipped ham thinly sliced
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 4 Hamburger buns
1. In a skillet, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
2. Add chipped ham to the skillet and mix until ham is well coated with the sauce.
3. Cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve the ham mixture on hamburger buns. Enjoy!
