- 8 pieces Lamb Chops
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops.
Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lamb chops reach your desired doneness.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
