Lobster Rolls Recipe
Classic New England lobster rolls with fresh lobster meat, mayo, and a touch of lemon.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Cooked lobster meat chopped
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 4 Hot dog buns split-top
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
2. Brush the inside of the hot dog buns with melted butter.
3. Toast the buns in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
4. Fill each bun with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
