Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut flour
  • ¼ cup Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Eggs large
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • ½ cup Warm water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add melted butter and warm water, and mix well.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Transfer the dough to the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
