  • 1 cup Pistachios, chopped
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chopped pistachios, honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let it cool before cutting into squares.
