Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 1 cup Pistachios, chopped
- ½ cup Honey
- ½ cup Peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chopped pistachios, honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool before cutting into squares.
