  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. Add steel cut oats, water, and salt to the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing position.
  3. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  4. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  5. Open the lid and stir the oats. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
