- 8 eggs
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ham and cook until lightly browned.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Sprinkle the Swiss cheese on top.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
