  • 1 cup Ham diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the diced ham and shredded cheese evenly over the pie crust.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  6. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
