Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  5. 5. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
  7. 7. Slice the grilled chicken and add to the pan.
  8. 8. Mix in the cooked pasta and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
