- 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 1 cup Goat cheese softened
- 2 medium Beets cooked and sliced
- ½ cup Walnuts chopped
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Toast the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, salt, and pepper.
5. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the toasted bread slices.
6. Top with sliced beets and chopped walnuts.
7. Drizzle honey over the top and serve immediately.
