Fig And Prosciutto Crostini

Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½-inch pieces
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 8 Fresh figs halved
- ¼ cup Goat cheese softened
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.
Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Spread a thin layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
Top each slice with a piece of prosciutto and a fig half.
Drizzle honey over the top and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
