Ingredients

  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • 8 Fresh figs halved
  • ¼ cup Goat cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.
  3. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Spread a thin layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Top each slice with a piece of prosciutto and a fig half.
  6. Drizzle honey over the top and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
