Dumpling Filling
- 1 cup edamame shelled and cooked
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon green onions chopped
- 20 pieces dumpling wrappers
In a food processor, combine edamame, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Blend until smooth.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes or until the wrappers are tender.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
