Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, Greek yogurt, chopped dill, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
