Ingredients 

Brownie Layer

  • 1 box Brownie Mix Follow package instructions

Cookie Dough Layer

  • 1 cup Butter Softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cup All-Purpose Flour Heat-treated
  • 2 cup Chocolate Chips

Sundae Assembly

  • 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 8 Cherries For topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and bake in a baking pan. Let it cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the heat-treated flour and mix until combined.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the cookie dough evenly over the cooled brownie layer.
  8. Cut into squares and serve each square topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a cherry.
