  • 2 lbs Clams cleaned
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 bunch Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Add the cleaned clams to the pot and cover. Cook until the clams open, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Discard any clams that do not open. Stir in the chopped parsley and serve hot.
