Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. 6. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  7. 7. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. 8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
