Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
6. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
7. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
