- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
Add olive oil to the skillet.
Add the cherry tomatoes, cut side down.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes until charred.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
