Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage sliced into 1-inch thick steaks
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks.
Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
