Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice cooked
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn cooked
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Guacamole
- 1 lb Chicken Breast cooked and diced
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a skillet, cook the chicken breast until fully cooked and dice into small pieces.
3. Prepare the black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.
4. In a bowl, layer the rice, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, cheddar cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and diced chicken breast.
