Brownie Batter
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Ice Cream Filling
- 1 quart Vanilla ice cream softened
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely.
Once cooled, cut the brownie into squares. Place a scoop of softened vanilla ice cream between two brownie squares to make a sandwich. Repeat with remaining brownies and ice cream.
Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
