Ingredients 

Pesto Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 0.5 cups Pine Nuts lightly toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 0.5 cups Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Combine basil, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add Parmesan cheese and pulse a few times more.
  3. Slowly add olive oil while the food processor is running until the pesto is smooth.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
