A fresh and flavorful pesto made with basil and pine nuts.

Pesto Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- 0.5 cups Pine Nuts lightly toasted
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 0.5 cups Parmesan Cheese grated
- 0.5 cups Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
Combine basil, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add Parmesan cheese and pulse a few times more.
Slowly add olive oil while the food processor is running until the pesto is smooth.
Season with salt to taste.
