  • 2 pcs Avocados diced
  • 1 lb Shrimp cooked and peeled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 pcs Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pcs Lime juiced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, cooked shrimp, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and finely chopped red onion.
  2. 2. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
