Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 Tomato diced
- 0.25 cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, tomato, and red onion.
2. Add lime juice, chopped cilantro, and olive oil. Mix gently.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
