Avocado-Cucumber Soup

Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados peeled and pitted
- 1 Cucumber peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Cold Water
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
1. In a blender, combine avocados, cucumber, Greek yogurt, cold water, lime juice, and garlic.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
5. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
