  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • 8 cups water
  • ½ cup sugar adjust to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and discard the flowers.
  5. 5. Add the remaining 4 cups of cold water to the pitcher and stir.
  6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
