  • 2 medium zucchinis spiralized
  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon water as needed

Instructions

  2. 2. In a blender, combine avocado, miso paste, lemon juice, garlic, and water. Blend until smooth.
