Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or mint), chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Fold in the chopped fresh herbs.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
