Wild Rice Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup wild rice
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 medium carrots sliced
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
1. Rinse the wild rice under cold water.
2. In a large pot, sauté the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
3. Add the wild rice and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
4. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
