- 1 whole cauliflower leaves removed
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet and brush it all over with the seasoned olive oil mixture.
Roast in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
