White Chocolate Almond Butter Cups

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Spoon a small amount of melted white chocolate into each cupcake liner, spreading it to cover the bottom.
  4. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
  5. Remove from the freezer and add a spoonful of almond butter on top of the set white chocolate layer.
  6. Cover the almond butter with more melted white chocolate, spreading it to the edges.
  7. Return the muffin tin to the freezer for another 10 minutes, or until fully set.
