- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Onions, finely chopped
- 8 Slider buns
- 8 slices Pickles
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a skillet, cook the onions over medium heat until they are soft and translucent.
2. Spread the ground beef evenly on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the beef in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
4. Cut the cooked beef into small square patties.
5. Place the patties on the slider buns, top with cooked onions and a pickle slice.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
