  • 3 cups Bread Flour
  • 2.25 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

Instructions

  2. 2. Add the salt and flour, making a small well in the flour for the yeast.
  3. 3. Add the yeast to the well in the flour.
  4. 4. Set the bread machine to the basic or white bread setting and start.
  5. 5. Once the bread is done, remove it from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
