- 1 can White beans drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
1. In a food processor, combine the white beans, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
