White Bean Crostini Recipe
A simple and delicious appetizer made with white beans and toasted bread.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can White beans drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
- 1 baguette French bread sliced
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine white beans, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mash until well combined.
Spread the bean mixture onto the toasted baguette slices. Drizzle with a bit more olive oil if desired.
Serve immediately.
