Ingredients

  • 1 can White beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette French bread sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine white beans, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mash until well combined.
  4. Spread the bean mixture onto the toasted baguette slices. Drizzle with a bit more olive oil if desired.
  5. Serve immediately.
