  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese whole milk
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground, to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add the ricotta cheese, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper to a food processor.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. 4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a bit more olive oil if desired.
  5. 5. Serve with crusty bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
