- 1 cup Ricotta cheese whole milk
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground, to taste
1. Add the ricotta cheese, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper to a food processor.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a bit more olive oil if desired.
5. Serve with crusty bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
