- 200 g Feta Cheese
- 60 ml Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Add feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, honey, and black pepper to a food processor.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired.
4. Serve with pita chips, fresh veggies, or bread.
