- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into 4 wedges
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
Blue Cheese Dressing
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
2. Cook and crumble the bacon.
3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
5. Place each lettuce wedge on a plate, drizzle with blue cheese dressing, and top with bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
