Ingredients 

Salad

  • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into 4 wedges
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced

Blue Cheese Dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
  2. 2. Cook and crumble the bacon.
  3. 3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  5. 5. Place each lettuce wedge on a plate, drizzle with blue cheese dressing, and top with bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
