  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. 2. Add crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh mint.
  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss gently to combine.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
