Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 pinch Salt
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese.
2. Add the chopped mint leaves, olive oil, and lime juice. Toss gently to combine.
3. Season with a pinch of salt. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
