  • 4 cups Watermelon cubed
  • 2 cups Kale chopped
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 whole Avocado sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, chopped kale, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced avocado.
