Watermelon Feta Salad With Kale & Avocado

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon cubed
- 2 cups Kale chopped
- 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 whole Avocado sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, chopped kale, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced avocado.
2. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
4. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
