soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a food processor, pulse walnuts until finely ground.
In a large bowl, combine ground walnuts, mushrooms, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form mixture into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer patties to a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
