Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse walnuts until finely ground.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground walnuts, mushrooms, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer patties to a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
