Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 units Eggs large
  • 1 ¾ cups Milk
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron. Cook until golden brown and crisp. Serve immediately.
