Instructions
Cook vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and minced garlic.
Toss noodles with the sauce.
Add cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, and cooked shrimp or chicken.
Top with fresh herbs and crushed peanuts.
