Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g vermicelli noodles
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 200 g cooked shrimp or chicken
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil)
  • Crushed peanuts

Instructions 

  1. Cook vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and minced garlic.
  3. Toss noodles with the sauce.
  4. Add cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, and cooked shrimp or chicken.
  5. Top with fresh herbs and crushed peanuts.
